FREE STANDARD SHIPPING in the United States
Free shipping offer is limited to standard shippings only for packages less than 10 lbs. Merchandise total must reach $49.99 after all discounts and before taxes and shipping.
Delivery time
Because our product is customized just for you, please allow 7-10 business days (depending on product type) for production and packaging, then start for shipping from our facility. The tracking number will be sent to you via email after that.
Average shipping time is 17-25 business days for domestic orders and 19-29 business days for international orders. The shipping time depends on many factors such as weather, locations, etc., therefore, we can only provide average numbers.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days (2-4 business days) in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
International customers may need to pay additional import fees, taxes, and customs. Please contact your local Customs office for full details.
Please note that Express shipping excludes orders that contain hazardous materials, backordered items or orders that are placed on hold for customer credit protection.
Shipping to an Address Other Than Your Billing Address.
If you choose to ship to your work address NO PROBLEM! If you are placing your first order with us and you would like the order to ship to a different person and a different address you MUST provide us with the name of person/place, address, phone number so that we can verify this information.
When placing your order please provide us with a reason of why you are shipping to a different address other then your billing address in the comment box.
When will my order ship?
Orders for in-stock merchandise placed before 12pm EST Monday through Friday are begin to process the same day. Orders placed after 12pm EST Monday through Thursday will be processed the next business day. Orders placed after 12pm EST on Friday will be processed the following business day Monday. Orders are being processed on Saturday, Sunday plus Holidays.
